169. A supervisor of guardian may be attached to the guardianship.

The supervisor of guardian is nominated in the same manner as a guardian or selected by the family council.

The provisions of Sections IV and V of this Chapter apply to the supervisor of guardian.

170. Where no supervisor is appointed, and supervision may be required, the family council selects one of its members to temporarily discharge the duties of a supervisor of guardian.

Every company is in general meeting to elect from amongst the shareholders at least three inspectors to hold office for a period not exceeding two years, and who at the expiration of such period, are eligible for re-election.
