Every entry is to be published forthwith by the Court, in a newspaper appearing in the place where the Court has its seat. Such newspaper must be selected in advance for the space of one calendar year. In the event of no newspaper existing at the place in question, the mode of publication is to be determined by the Minister of Justice. The registers are open to public inspection, and a certified copy of any entry may be demanded on payment of fees.

Fees are to be paid for every registration and publication. Such fees are to be settled by Imperial Ordinance at fixed and uniform rates.

Die Eintragungen in das Handelsregister sind von dem Handelsgerichte, sofern nicht in diesem Gesetzbuche in einzelnen Fällen ausdrücklich ein Anderes bestimmt ist, nach ihrem ganzen Inhalte durch eine oder mehrere Anzeigen in öffentlichen Blättern ohne Verzug bekannt zu machen.

Jedes Handelsgericht hat für seinen Bezirk alljährlich im Monat Dezember die öffentlichen Blätter zu bestimmen, in welchen im Laufe des nächstfolgenden Jahres die im Artikel 13. vorgeschriebenen Bekanntmachungen erfolgen sollen.

Wenn eines der bestimmten Blätter im Laufe des Jahres zu erscheinen aufhört, so hat das Gericht ein anderes Blatt an dessen Stelle zu bestimmen und öffentlich bekannt zu machen.

Inwiefern die Gerichte bei der Wahl der zu bestimmenden Blätter an Weisungen höherer Behörden gebunden sind, ist nach den Landesgesetzen zu beurtheilen.
