前条ノ規定ハ無記名債権ニ之ヲ準用ス

Tickets, cards, and other certificates of obligation to bearer are transferable by mere delivery. The right of claim to which the bearer thereunder becomes entitled as against the person issuing any such certificate is to be decided according to the provisions specified on the certificate itself or according to laws or ordinances or usage.
