Partnerships and companies formed with the object of carrying on an illegal or prohibited business are void ab initio.

Partnerships and companies carrying on business contrary to public policy or good morals may be dissolved by order of the Court on the application of the Public Procurator or of the police authorities, or by the Court of its own motion. Immediate complaint may be raised against such order.

ART. 71. Lorsque la personne juridique se livre à des entreprises étrangères à son objet ou contrevient aux conditions sous lesquelles l'autorisation de se constituer lui a été accordée ou encore fait tout autre acte de nature à porter atteinte à l'ordre public, l'autorité compétente peut annuler l'autorisation.
