社員七人ヲ超ユル会社ニ在テハ其契約ヲ以テ社員中ヨリ一人又ハ数人ノ取締役ヲ任シ又設立後七人ヲ超ユルトキハ会社ノ決議ヲ以テ之ヲ任ス但其決議ノ効力ハ総社員四分三以上ノ多数決ニ依リテ生ス
取締役ハ何時ニテモ会社ノ決議ニ依リテ解任セラルルコト有ル可シ其決議ノ効力ハ亦総社員四分三以上ノ多数決ニ依リテ生ス
Where the partnership consists of more than seven partners, it appoints one or more of the partners to be directors, either at once in the partnership contract or, in the event of such case arising at a later period, by means of a resolution of the partnership, for the validity of which a majority of three-fourths of all the partners is required.
