養子ノ満十五年ニ至ラサル間ハ縁組承諾ノ権ヲ有スル者ヨリ離縁ヲ請求スルコトヲ得
第八條 養子ノ滿十八年ニ至ラサル間ハ緣組承諾ノ權ヲ有スル者ヨリ離緣ヲ請求スルコトヲ得
此場合ニ於テハ緣組ヲ認可シタル裁判所ノ認可ヲ受クルコトヲ要ス
