婦又ハ入夫ノ特有財産タルコトヲ証セサル財産ハ総テ夫又ハ戸主タル婦ニ属スルモノト看做ス
435. Any property which is not proved to be the property owned by the wife or niufu is deemed as belongs to her husband, or his wife who is the koshu.
