婦又ハ入夫カ自己ノ名ヲ以テ婚姻中ニ生セシメタル債務ニ付テハ債権者ハ婦又ハ入夫ノ特有財産ニ対シテ権利ヲ行フコトヲ得
433. With regard to the debts borne by the wife or niufu at the time of the celebration of marriage, as well as those incurred during the marriage, the creditors can exercise their right over the property owned by such wife or niufu.
