夫カ婦ノ特有財産ニ付キ其承諾ヲ得スシテ為ス賃貸借ニ関シテハ財産編第百十九条以下ノ規定ヲ適用ス
431. With regard to the lease made by the husband or niufu in respect to the property owned by his wife or the property of his wife who is the koshu without obtaining their consent, the provisions of Article 119 and following Articles of the Book 011 the Law of Property are applicable.
