限定受諾者ハ適法ニ売払ヒタル財産ノ各箇ニ付得タル代価ヲ混同セス其各箇ニ付先取権ヲ有スル債権者ニ順次ニ弁償ス可シ
剰余ノ金額及ヒ売払ハサル動産ハ相続人之ヲ保有スルコトヲ得但シ此場合ニ於テ債権者又ハ其他ノ関係人ヨリ担保ヲ請求スルトキハ其金額及ヒ物件ノ評価額ニ付相当ノ資力アル保証人又ハ特有ノ財産ニテ充分ノ物上抵保ヲ供ス可シ
