第三百七条ノ規定ニ従ヒ選定ス可キ家督相続人アラサルトキ又ハ皆放棄シタルトキハ其家ニ在ル尊属親中親等ノ最モ近キ者任意ニ家督相続ヲ為スコトヲ得
303. Where there is no heir to katoku to be selected in conformity with the provisions of Article 301 or all the persons have renounced the succession, any one of the ascendants in the house who is the most proximate in the degree of consanguinity can voluntarily succeed to katoku.
