推定家督相続人ノ廃除ハ遺言書ヲ以テ之ヲ為シ又ハ身分取扱官吏ニ申述シテ之ヲ為スコトヲ得
申述ニ基ク家督相続人ノ廃除ハ其原因止ミタル後被相続人之ヲ取消スコトヲ得
廃除ノ取消ハ身分取扱官吏ニ申述シテ之ヲ為ス
298. The deprivation of a presumptive heir to katoku of the succession can be effected by a testament or by making the statement to the civil status official.
The deprivation of an heir to katoku of the succession founded on such statement can be annulled by the ancestor.
Such annulment is done by stating it to the civil status official.
