夫家ニ在リテ死亡セシ婦ニ家ヲ同ウスル卑属親アラス又ハ卑属親カ放棄シタルトキハ其遺産ハ夫之ヲ相続シ夫アラス又ハ夫カ放棄シタルトキハ戸主之ヲ相続ス
313. The isan of a member of family is succeeded by his or her descendants belonging to the same house as such member, or by the spouse of such member if there are no such descendants, or in default of such spouse by the koshu.
