家族ハ特別ニ職業ヲ営ムニ因リテ取得シタル利益及ヒ其齎帯シ又ハ遺産相続、贈与若クハ遺贈ニ因リテ取得シタル財産ノ所有権ヲ有ス
然レトモ家族カ其家ノ為メ消費シタル財産ニ付テハ戸主ニ対シテ償還ヲ求ムルコトヲ得ス
245. The members of family have the right of ownership of the profits acquired by carrying on business separately and of the property brought with them or acquired by successions to inheritance, donations or legacies.
The members of family cannot, however, claim against the koshu repayment of property which they have consumed for the house.
