卑属親ヲ有スル者カ婚姻若クハ縁組ノ無効又ハ離婚若クハ離縁ニ因リテ婚家又ハ縁家ヲ去ルトキハ卑属親ハ仍ホ其家ニ属ス
254. Where any person having the descendants leaves the house, into which such person has entered by the marriage or adoption, on account of the nullity of such marriage or adoption, divorce, or dissolution of adoption, such descendants still belong to such house.
