離縁ヲ為サントスル養子ハ縁組許諾ノ為メ定メタル規則ニ従ヒ其父母、嫡母、継父、継母、祖父母又ハ親族会ノ許諾ヲ受クルコトヲ要ス
138. The adopted who intends to have the adoption dissolved, must, in conformity with the rules laid down for the permission for adoption, obtain the permission of the father, mother, grandfather, grandmother or guardian.
