前条ノ届出ハ父自ラ身分取扱吏ニ之ヲ為スコトヲ要ス未成年者ト雖モ自ラ之ヲ為スコトヲ得
99. The declaration of birth of an illegitimate child and the acknowledgment of such child must be made to the civil status official by the father himself. These can be made even by the minor himself.
