父又ハ母ノ家ニ属スル私出子ノ縁組ニ付テハ其父又ハ母之ヲ承諾シ又ハ其許諾ヲ与フ
親子ノ分限確定セサル私出子及ヒ棄児ニ付テハ前条ノ規定ヲ適用ス
118. With regard to the adoption of a natural child, his or her mother consents theretp or gives the permission thereof.
With regard to a child whose father and mother are unknown, the provision of the preceding Article applies.
