育児院ニ在リテ父母ノ知レサル子ノ婚姻ハ二十年未満ニ限リ院長ノ許諾ヲ受ク可シ
42. With respect to marriage of a child who is in a Foundling Asylum and whose father and mother are unknown, the permission of the superintendent of the Asylum shall be obtained only by one who has not attained the full age of twenty years.
