直系ノ姻族ノ間ハ其関係ノ止ミタル後ト雖モ婚姻ヲ禁ス
36. Marriage is prohibited between the relatives by affinity in the direct line even after such relation has ceased to exist.
Marriage is prohibited between the adopted on the one part and the adopting father and mother or their ascendants on the other, and between such father and mother or their ascendants on the one part and the spouse or descendants of such adopted on the other, even after the adoption has been dissolved.
